Try a different sealer one that has gold in the name. Try not using the shower for several days. Walls are all dry. So possibly you have an intermittent leak coming from the shower or another water source.

The grout lines are often the lowest part of the floor and accumulate and show the water first. Higher end grout sealers will bead water when you try to wet them after sealing. Grout tends to be more porous than tile and so provides an easier pathway for moisture to travel beyond its bounds. There are no puddles.

I would guess it is from the shower because if it was from a continuous water leak source it would be wet rather than damp. No water absorbting into it. We are reluctant to move forward with our ongoing renovations until we have this issue checked out. Why do i have wet grout in my basement.
